Every day as our HR Consulting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition is a blend of organization, communication, and collaboration. You'll be juggling multiple tasks, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing contractor onboarding and ensuring timely payments. You'll keep our talent acquisition processes running smoothly, working closely with hiring managers, contractors, and internal teams to make sure everything from interviews to payments happens seamlessly. Your knack for detail and process improvement will help us continuously refine how we attract and support top talent. We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: 3+ years of experience in sales support, operations, or a related administrative role Proficient in performing detailed resume reviews and creating concise candidate shortlists Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and time management Excellent interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency to keep things moving Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with diverse teams These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: Experience using SmartSheet and/or CRM systems 1-3 years of experience in analytic reporting or data management Skilled in conducting targeted candidate sourcing using multiple platforms and internal talent pools Experience in managing end-to-end onboarding processes for 1099 contractors with strict adherence to timelines Familiarity with contractor onboarding and payment processes Knowledge of recruitment and selection best practices, including compliance with employment laws Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all these boxes. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
