This role involves designing and developing vehicle electrical and electronic systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to product development and support activities.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or Automotive EngineeringOne year of experience or equivalent exposure through internships, co-ops, or academic projects related to the design of electrical systems or embedded systemsExperience using design automation, CAD, Creo, Catia, and software development toolsStrong communication and collaboration skillsPrior work experience at client or in client's IndustryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2Preferred Skills & QualificationsExposure to vehicle electrical systems such as diesel engines, hydraulics, x by wire systems, and in-vehicle communicationProficiency with electronic development and diagnostic tools (schematic capture, 3D CAD, and debugging)Knowledge of EMC design and application guidelines for vehicle electrical system complianceExperience with 60V vehicle architectures and electrification componentsDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop vehicle electrical and electronic systems using sound engineering principlesCollaborate with global, cross-functional teams (mechanical, hardware, software, manufacturing, quality, customer support, and suppliers)Build and integrate prototype vehicle electrical systems while learning hands-on vehicle diagnostics, software bring-up, and system troubleshootingContribute to new product development, sustaining engineering, production support, and field support activitiesCompany Benefits & Culture[Benefit 1][Benefit 2][Benefit 3]For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
