AutoCAD Civil 3D Drafter/Technician

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AutoCAD Civil 3D Drafter/Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using Civil 3D to develop plan sets for civil engineering projects. This role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with engineers and project teams.ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed civil engineering plan sets using AutoCAD Civil 3DAssist with site design, utility replacement, and Boundary/ALTA survey projects under the direction of a Professional EngineerPerform surface modeling, alignments, profiles, pressure pipe networks, and pipe network designPrepare plan and profile drawings in accordance with company standardsCreate and maintain annotation and labeling styles within Civil 3DApply knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and construction specifications to drafting assignmentsCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and survey teams to ensure project accuracy and completionManage multiple assignments while meeting project deadlinesLearn and adapt to new drafting procedures, standards, and software techniques as neededQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3DStrong proficiency in developing plan sets within Civil 3DExperience with:Surface modelingPipe networks and pressure pipe networksAlignments and profilesSite development draftingKnowledge of civil engineering design principles and construction specificationsStrong organizational and time management skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting civil engineering and land development projectsFamiliarity with Boundary/ALTA surveysAbility to quickly learn company standards and procedure
