Position Name : Salesforce DeveloperHybrid onsite – New York, NY (onsite interview required)Rate 50 on W2Must have developer certification (active)Work Visa : All EAD Visa , Green Card and US Citizens Only  Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM capabilities and support business operations.Key Responsibilities: Analyze business processes and develop detailed system process flows to support design and developmentDesign, code, test, and implement custom Salesforce applications and enhancementsPerform Salesforce integration with other systems and applicationsCreate and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for usersEnsure alignment of business requirements with Salesforce functionality, customizing and adapting the platform as neededDevelop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrityDevelop custom applications and integrations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.Provide technical support and user training to Salesforce end-usersPerform regular internal system audits and prepare for upgradesManage Salesforce data feeds and other integrationsKeep abreast with new Salesforce features and functionalities to provide recommendations for process improvementsTranslate business requirements into technical solutions.Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for deployment and testing.Qualifications:7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP APIs.Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications preferred.Salesforce App BuilderExperience with CI/CD tools and version control (e.g., Git, Copado ).Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits.BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant field.
