This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!Schedule: Part-time hours, 9am- 5:30 pm weekdays with every other Saturday 8am - 4:30pm may vary slightlySalary: Starting at $16/hourHere are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:Provide ongoing telephone coverage.Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of deliveryDeliver packagesPrepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staffAssist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredMust be comfortable with Microsoft Word, Calendars, and emailMust be able to navigate with Excel.Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skillsPrevious work in a senior living community a plusIf you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!EEO Employer
