Meade, MD area.As a Deputy Program Manager, and in partnership with the Program Manager and PMO functional support teams, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a team engaged in collaboration, innovation, and cross-functional services to strengthen the customer’s ability to manage its mission authorities across enterprise elements.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Work with higher-level program managers, if applicable, to provide effective and efficient management of the contractor's effort. Directly contribute to program efforts, including cost management/avoidance, estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities. Ensure the successful execution of the contract, maintaining efficient and effective operations. Utilize expert communication skills to lead resources, report on progress, address issues, and write/review related documents and correspondence. Allocate resources (labor and budgets) on the contract and review/approve financial reports. Ensure cross-discipline integration within the contract to meet Government needs. Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely recruitment and training of program staff, review all financial and technical reports before release to the Government. Communicate issues and solutions to the Government Program Manager transparently and in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with all training, regulatory, and administrative requirements imposed by the contract. Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree and Seven (7) years of experience in the Intelligence Community in operations, legal, and/or compliance. Four (4) years of additional experience in operations, legal, and/or compliance may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Three (3) years of experience as a program or project manager in managing programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexityMust have a PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA Level 3 certification in Program Management. Direct experience in managing multi-task/delivery order contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environmentKnowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the FAR and DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies. Excellent oral communication and writing skills and the ability to quickly understand the customer’s goals and objectives. Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of authorities and SIGINT processes, compliance-related policy, and guidance. Clearance Requirements:Must be a U.S. citizenMust hold a TS/SCI w/FSPFor all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
