Director, Global Policy & Business Strategy Integration - Cell Therapy We are looking for a senior leader to bridge global policy and commercial strategy in our Cell Therapy portfolio. What You'll Actually Be Doing Setting the strategic direction – Lead development and delivery of a Global Policy Strategy aligned with BMS's commercial priorities, working with commercial, medical, market access, and R&D teams. Making global strategies work locally – Partner with priority markets to adapt global policy approaches to local commercial and political landscapes. Shaping the environment Cell Therapy operates in – Build and nurture relationships with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and industry groups through advocacy and stakeholder engagement. Sitting at the leadership table – Represent Global Policy & Government Affairs within the Cell Therapy Leadership Team, bringing policy insight into strategic decisions. Measuring what matters – Design frameworks that track policy initiatives, define KPIs, and report impact to senior leadership. What's In It For You Real influence, at scale. What We're Looking For 10+ years navigating public policy, government affairs, market access, or strategy, ideally within pharma or healthcare. Advanced degree in business, public policy, law, political science, or related field. Deep expertise in the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory/policy landscapes across multiple markets. Exceptional communication skills—from boardroom presentations to consensus building across global teams. Proven track record of influential leadership, achieving results through relationships. Strategic mindset connecting long‐term vision to actionable plans. Experience in stakeholder engagement with executives, government, and industry bodies.
