About the Opportunity:The Associate Analyst role is responsible for implementing departmental applications and ensuring they align with user requirements. This position supports staff scheduling, real-time performance analysis, and reporting, contributing to the efficient operation of clinical and administrative processes. The role acts as a liaison to various stakeholders, facilitating communication and supporting key projects that impact departmental and institutional initiatives.3. Responsibilities:• Implement departmental applications and ensure alignment with user needs• Lead or participate in workgroups, project forums, and committees related to departmental projects• Apply in-depth knowledge of clinical processes and applications to support clear communication• Manage staff scheduling, real-time data analysis, and reporting• Collaborate with vendors on requirements gathering and software configuration• Support process and workflow analysis, design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of applications• Serve as a liaison between staff and other analysts for departmental support• Assist with operations analysis, software development, staffing analysis, scheduling, reporting, and project work for key initiatives4. Requirements:• Experience with staff scheduling, real-time analysis, and report execution• Ability to gather requirements and configure software in collaboration with vendors• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and performance metrics• Knowledge of clinical processes and departmental applications• Experience supporting workflow and operations analysis5.
