You'll work hands-on with high-quality components, contributing to a finished product that prioritizes safety and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble firearm components with precision and care to meet quality standards.Conduct visual inspections to ensure parts are free of defects.Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols.Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Always Work safely, following specific safety processes and proceduresPerform additional duties as requested.QualificationsRequired: High school diploma or equivalent.Required: Fine motor skills and attention to detail.Required: Clean criminal record (no felony charges).Required: Ability to pass Drug Screen.Preferred: Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing roles.Work EnvironmentFast-paced manufacturing facility.Requires standing for extended periods.ScheduleMonday to Thursday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (10-hour shift).
