About the RoleWe are seeking a senior-level Events Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of a robust portfolio of trade shows, conferences, roadshows, and large-scale industry events.This is a highly visible, fast-paced role requiring someone who can operate independently, manage complexity, and execute with urgency and precision. You will own the full lifecycle of events—from strategic planning and vendor coordination to on-site execution and post-event follow-up—while collaborating cross-functionally with sales, logistics, training, and marketing teams.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in B2B event marketing, thrives in dynamic environments, and understands how to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences that drive engagement and business results.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Strategy & ExecutionLead the planning and execution of a high-volume events calendar, including:3–5 events per monthMultiple trade shows per monthMonthly national roadshowsLarge annual flagship eventDevelop event strategies aligned with business goals, including lead generation, brand visibility, and customer engagementCreate detailed event briefs, timelines, and execution plans for internal stakeholdersTrade Shows & ConferencesOwn end-to-end execution of trade shows and conferences, including:Booth planning, setup, and on-site managementVendor sourcing and coordination (AV, fabrication, logistics, etc.)Swag, materials, and promotional asset managementRegistration flow and attendee experiencePartner closely with sales teams to maximize booth traffic, engagement, and lead captureEnsure strong on-site coordination and execution, managing all moving parts in real timeRoadshows & Field EventsPlan and execute monthly roadshows across the U.S., including logistics, travel coordination, and local executionManage event setup, team coordination, and operational flow for each marketAdapt event strategy based on audience, geography, and business objectivesOperational Excellence & Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with sales, logistics, training, and marketing teams to align on event goals and executionProvide clear pre-event briefings and ensure all stakeholders are prepared and alignedManage multiple concurrent projects in a complex, fast-moving environment with shifting prioritiesMaintain strong attention to detail and follow-through across all event componentsCompliance & Technical CoordinationSupport execution of live demonstrations and technical event components, ensuring adherence to required processes and compliance standardsWork within regulated environments, ensuring all event activities meet internal and external requirementsPerformance Tracking & OptimizationTrack and report on event performance, including attendance, engagement, lead generation, and ROIDevelop scalable processes for post-event follow-up and continuous improvementQualifications5+ years of experience in event marketing, trade show management, and conference execution, ideally in a B2B environmentProven experience managing high-volume, complex event portfolios from planning through executionStrong ability to work independently with a high sense of urgency and accountabilityExceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneouslyExperience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, and marketing teamsStrong attention to detail and ability to execute flawlessly in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAdditional RequirementsWillingness to travel approximately once per month for roadshows, with additional travel for trade shows and major eventsFlexibility to travel during the week (about once/month) Ability to work hybrid (3 days onsite)Success ProfileA self-starter and executor who can step in and immediately add valueThrives in dynamic, high-volume environments with competing prioritiesBrings a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on executionHighly detail-oriented with strong follow-up and accountabilityCollaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work across multiple teams and functions
