We partner closely with our customers to help them grow faster and operate smarter.We’re hiring an experienced Territory Manager to own and expand our presence across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.Role OverviewThis role is designed for proven territory sales professionals who have successfully managed a geographic book of business and are ready to bring that experience into a high-growth technology company.This is a 100% remote role with regular in-person field activity. You’ll manage existing customers, expand accounts, handle inbound demos, and conduct outbound visits to customer offices.Candidates must already reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area to be considered. Relocation is not supported.In addition to regional travel, this role includes periodic travel outside of the assigned territory for national trade shows, conferences, and company events.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage a defined territory across TX, OK, and LAManage and grow a portfolio of existing accountsDrive retention, expansion, and long-term customer relationshipsProspect and close new business (new logos)Conduct inbound virtual demos and follow-upsExecute outbound visits to customer offices and job sitesPerform regular in-person account reviews and trainingsRepresent Paiv at regional and national trade shows, conferences, and eventsTravel outside the assigned territory as needed for major industry and company eventsMaintain accurate pipeline and account records in CRMBalance remote desk work with field-based sellingCollaborate cross-functionally to support customer successPerformance MetricsYou will be measured on:Customer retentionRevenue expansionNew revenue generatedNew customer acquisition (new logos)Required QualificationsPrevious experience as a Territory Manager is required2+ years managing a geographic B2B sales territoryProven success managing and growing a book of businessBackground in services, construction, distribution, manufacturing, or physical goods salesStrong closing, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsComfortable working independently in a remote roleHighly organized with strong time-management skillsWillingness to travel regionally and nationallyMust currently live in the Dallas–Fort Worth area (no relocation)Valid driver’s licensePreferred BackgroundTerritory sales experience in services or physical goodsProfessionals transitioning into technology/SaaSExperience managing inbound and outbound salesTrack record of exceeding quota and retention targetsCRM and forecasting experienceCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + uncapped commissionMedical, dental, and vision insuranceTravel reimbursementCareer advancement opportunities
