Duties As a non medical caregiver, you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by providing: Companionship and emotional support Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Meal preparation/Light Housekeeping Monitor and report changes in the client's health, behavior, or environment Medication reminders (no medical tasks) Errands and transportation to appointments (if applicable) Follow care plans and document services provided Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and safety at all times Qualifications Reliable and compassionate individuals Comfortable working with seniors or individuals with disabilities Willing to provide personal care Ability to work independently in clients' homes Reliable transportation Must be able to pass background checks and clearances TB testing required (we guide you through the process) Ability to lift 25-50 pounds, depending on client needs 1 year hands-on caregiving experience is preferred but not necessary Driver preferred for certain client needs Embark on a rewarding career where your skills directly impact lives!
