Finance FP&A Intern

ResponsibilitiesThe FP&A Intern will have primary responsibilities concerning direct FP&A support, with an enhanced focus on P&L and cost management across the organization. This level of focus will start with a build out of dashboards and supporting analyses for tracking executive functions, continue with enhancements of these analyses through interactions with various exec team members, and end with fine tuning these processes to be applied to department and site level tracking. There will also be responsibility around training the teams to make their new tools and analyses sustainable.Additional interactions will involve collaboration with various finance teams (FP&A, BU, FinOps, Commercial, Accounting) as they learn new systems. They will also interact with Functional and BU Leaders throughout the project, with additional communication to VP FP&A/BU, CFO, CAO, CPO, CIO of the company.There is a high level of impact on the business as there is no official executive cost tracking in place today. Building out the standard, which can then be applied to department and site level tracking will allow for ease of use and replication.
