Commercial Plumbing Lead

Mission Mechanical, an established Plumbing, HVAC, and Refrigeration Service Company, is looking for a qualified candidate to join our team as a Commercial Plumbing Lead Installer. Our Mission is to build a lasting relationship with our customers through strong communication and quality workmanship by our highly trained professionals. The Lead Installer performs mechanical installation for client projects of various sizes and scopes and oversees site management responsibilities for the installations. *Responsibilities:* * Manages production through direction and installation of mechanical systems * Responsible for planning, laying out and overall efficiencies of project installation * Required to collaborate and communicate with field supervisors and project managers * Record keeping of daily job production required (Daily Reports) each day * Responsible the securement and organization of onsite material, including inventorying all additional material for efficient job site pickup and returns * Manages the securement of all Mission Mechanical property on the job site *Requirements:* * 3+ years of Plumbing Construction experience * Strong customer service skills to work with subcontractors, Project Managers, etc. * Leadership characteristics to lead onsite installations * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Ability to pass a drug and background check *We are looking for two tiers of experience.* *Tier 1:* Licensed plumbers with 5+ years experience in new construction. These individuals (if hired) could be eligible for a sign on bonus, contingent upon being a licensed plumber. *Tier 2:* Licensed plumbers with 7+ year's experience in new construction with multi story expertise. These individuals (if hired) could be eligible for a sign on bonus, contingent upon being a licensed plumber.
