Young Toddler Lead Teacher

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment. Responsibilities - Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the our curriculum - Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students - Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through age-appropriate activities - Manage classroom activities and ensure a structured daily routine - Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and behavior - Utilize positive behavior management techniques to support student learning Qualifications - Previous experience in working with children in a school, child care setting, or something equivalent - Ability to educate and engage young learners effectively - Strong classroom management skills - Strong ability to create a culture that respects and supports our community (children, families and fellow staff members) - Ability to lead your class in Bible stories and songs - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
