Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our drink menus, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders from behind a shake bar. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and the ability to multi-task effectively. Co-workers have the ability learn and grow personally/professionally in this business. *Responsibilities* * Greet customers with positive energy as they enter * Answer customer questions regarding ingredients/menus * Taking orders while paying attention to detail * Prepare beverages following recipes * Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards) * Keep the bar area clean/sanitized * Maintain stock/inventory * Comply with healthy and safety regulations * Communicate effectively with customers and recommend new menu items * Maintaining positive attitude *Skills/Expectations * * Knowledge of sanitization guidelines * Flexibilty to work various shifts * Basic math skills * Ability to gauge customer preferences * Coming to work with positivity * Teamwork/collaboration Job Type: Part-time Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Application Question(s): What interests you the most about joining our growing team?
