AI Solutions Program LeadNew York, New York (hybrid) 6-month Contract with Potential for Extension/Full-Time Employment $55-60/HrWe are seeking an individual to support a Fortune 50 Broadcast Media & Entertainment organization based in New York, New York. As the AI Solutions Program Lead, you will blend program management, analytics, and strategic storytelling to help leaders understand the reach, adoption, and impact of enterprise AI initiatives. In this role, you will own the development of recurring monthly reporting for Business Unit leaders, synthesizing adoption metrics, engagement trends, and qualitative signals across GenAI programs. Beyond reporting, you will interpret what the data reveals—identifying what is working, where adoption may be lagging, and how progress aligns to enterprise AI objectives—then translate those insights into clear, executive‑ready narratives that drive action.Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in business analysis, program management, analytics, strategy, or related rolesStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience interpreting data and identifying trendsExperience building recurring reports, dashboards, or executive‑facing readoutsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level storytellingAbility to work independently in a matrixed organization while managing multiple prioritiesComfort operating in fast‑moving, evolving environments with ambiguityCollaborative, stakeholder‑oriented mindset with strong emotional intelligenceResponsibilities: Own and deliver recurring monthly AI adoption and impact reporting for Business Unit and enterprise stakeholdersAnalyze quantitative and qualitative signals (usage data, engagement trends, feedback) to assess progress against AI goalsSynthesize reporting outputs to identify adoption gaps, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actionable next stepsTranslate complex data and technical concepts into clear, compelling insights for non‑technical and executive audiencesCapture and communicate value stories that demonstrate the impact of AI solutions across the organizationEstablish and refine processes for tracking AI reach, adoption, and outcomes over timePartner cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Change Management, Legal, Security, and Business Unit teamsManage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications related to reporting and insights deliveryOperate independently and proactively, surfacing trends and implications before they become issues What’s in it for you?Opportunity to work with a well‑known, globally leading Media & Entertainment organization Ability to build and grow subject‑matter expertise within video, streaming, and emerging technologies Exposure to senior‑level business professionals across multiple departments and geographic locations Chance to grow your career in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment supporting high‑impact initiatives
