Senior Customer Service Representative

Chief of Staff KC is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Senior Customer Service Representative to support key customer accounts and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role serves as an important link between customers and internal teams, helping to deliver accurate, timely, and professional service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage customer orders with a high level of accuracy and efficiencyVerify pricing and ensure billing accuracy across orders and invoicesGenerate, review, and maintain accurate customer invoicesMake sure that filing systems are up-to-date and organizedCommunicate with customers via phone and email to resolve inquiries and provide ongoing supportCollaborate closely with others to ensure seamless order fulfillmentAssist in resolving order discrepancies and customer concerns with professionalism and urgencyQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 3 years of customer service or related experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and OutlookStrong attention to detailExcellent communication skills - verbal and writtenAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyStrong problem-solving abilitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
