Inside Sales Account Manager, Full-Time DCA Construction Products is a U.S. Veteran owned NE Ohio based manufacturer of industry leading branded construction/concrete products. Our industry leading brands of products include, Durajoint "The Original" Waterstop and Preco Concrete Accessories. These brands are sold through two distinct sales channels, the Distributor-based Cast-In-Place Division and the Producer-based Precast Division. SummaryDCA Construction Products is seeking an enthusiastic and professional-minded Inside Sales Account Manager to sell and provide customer service for the products we produce for the concrete construction industry. We are adding to our Sales Team of successful selling professionals because of our continued consistent growth and market share gains. Duties & Responsibilities: (Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation) • Service and sell existing Authorized Distributor accounts while also identifying, pursuing, and opening new Authorized Distributors. • Construction project pursuits are required; therefore, the sales candidate must have an aptitude for advisory / technical sales. • A willingness and ability to become very knowledgeable about the products we manufacture as well as those of our competitors is a must. • Identify new products within the marketplace to add to our comprehensive line-up of products is expected. • Attending a limited number of trade shows will be required. Qualifications: • A high school diploma or GED is required. College, B.A., or B.S., degree preferred. • A competitive individual with a positive can-do professional attitude is necessary. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • One plus years of inside or outside sales experience within the Construction industry is also preferred, but not required. • Telemarketing and/or cold calling experience is desirable. • Distribution sales experience is a plus. • A customer centric personality is a must while also possessing a "hunter's" mentality. • Proficiency with MS Office software is needed.
