Lab Systems Optimization Project ManagerThe Lab Systems Optimization Project Manager leads complex enterprise transformation initiatives focused on laboratory systems modernization, workflow optimization, and operational standardization. This role will spearhead the expansion of Epic Beaker into a new facility while driving broader efforts to modernize workflows, processes, and supporting technologies across the enterprise.The ideal candidate bridges strong project management expertise with deep laboratory operations experience (including centralized laboratory services, workflow redesign, and systems implementation).Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Transformation (35%): Lead enterprise-wide laboratory transformation initiatives, focusing on workflow optimization, systems modernization, process standardization, and operational improvement.Epic Beaker Expansion (25%): Manage the implementation and expansion of Epic Beaker across new facilities and lab environments, ensuring tight alignment between clinical, operational, and technical requirements.Stakeholder Coordination (20%): Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams—including laboratory leadership, operations, clinical staff, IT, and external vendors—to ensure successful project adoption.Project Governance (10%): Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, risk logs, status reports, and executive communications.Vendor & Integration Management (10%): Oversee vendor relationships, system integrations, testing, and deployment activities while proactively mitigating project risks and dependencies.
