And we bring the energy - showing up with a positive mindset and a commitment to creating a workplace where people feel valued, motivated, and inspired.This role is a unique opportunity to help lead the setup, launch, and support of our new refrigeration fabrication and assembly lines.Start-Up Responsibilities & Ongoing Production ResponsibilitiesReporting into the Quality Department, the Quality Technician is responsible for auditing the internal processes, component and product quality throughout the manufacturing workstream.There will be Quality Technician responsibilities in Fabrication, Assembly, Incoming Inspection, and Finished Good Inspection. As part of the plant start-up, this role will also support new equipment and process capability studies.The successful individual will also participate in continuous product and process improvements to exceed the expectations of those we service by providing high quality, innovative, value added, luxury appliance products and services.Quality System Responsibilities:Participate in Control Plan system development and executionDevelop, deploy and perform audits while maintaining the audit databaseParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and tiered work systemsReview and update the quality system requirements for new or revised products, including review and measurement of key control characteristics (KCC) identification and documentation.Work closely with engineering to support Factory Acceptance Testing, and trial builds of product throughout the system, gathering feedback for evaluation and analysis.We value our employees by providing:Competitive compensation based on skillsIndustry leading health, dental, and vision plansGenerous 401 (K) savings and profit sharingEducation assistance and internal training programsMaternity & paternity leaveInterested in learning more on our robust benefits package we offer?
