We are seeking talented and motivated Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Entry-Level Engineers to join a growing engineering team delivering innovative automation, control systems, and industrial solutions across a variety of industries. Responsibilities
Project Managers
Manage engineering and automation projects from initiation through completion
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
Coordinate engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to client specifications
Project Engineers
Design, develop, and execute engineering projects and technical solutions
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet project objectives
Develop engineering documentation, specifications, and technical reports
Support system installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
Assist with project planning, scheduling, and technical execution
Entry-Level Engineers
Support engineering teams with design, documentation, and technical analysis
Assist in developing project deliverables and engineering drawings
Participate in site visits, installations, and system testing activities
Learn industry standards, engineering processes, and project execution practices
Contribute to troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Project Managers
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred
5+ years of project management experience in engineering, manufacturing, automation, or industrial environments
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams
Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
PMP certification is a plus
Project Engineers
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related Engineering field
2–5+ years of engineering experience preferred
Experience with industrial automation, controls, manufacturing, or process systems is a plus
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Entry-Level Engineers
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related Engineering field
Internship, co-op, or related engineering experience preferred
Strong technical aptitude and desire to learn
Exposure to CAD software, controls, or industrial systems is a plus
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $82,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
