The role supports mission-critical public sector programs including case management, licensing, and service operations while ensuring solutions align with business objectives, security standards, and long-term platform strategy.Key Responsibilities• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic capabilities.• Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and enterprise integrations.• Lead technical discovery sessions, solution design, and architecture discussions with stakeholders.• Establish development standards, perform code reviews, and mentor development teams.• Assess Salesforce seasonal releases and implement required platform updates.• Collaborate with product owners, administrators, QA teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.• Apply AI-driven capabilities and intelligent automation while ensuring compliant and responsible implementation.Required Qualifications• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in configuration, customization, and solution design.• 5+ years of experience developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations in enterprise environments.• 3+ years supporting public sector, regulated, or compliance-driven programs (or similarly complex enterprise environments).• 2+ years leading technical discovery, solution design sessions, or development teams in a senior or lead role.Preferred Skills• Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud.• Strong understanding of Salesforce release management, governance, and security best practices.• Experience implementing AI-enabled Salesforce solutions and automation.
