Knowledge Builders Inc. in Albany, NY seeks an IT Systems & Support Specialist to manage databases, support applications, and create reports. You will provide help desk support, maintain IT records, and help develop policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of IT support or systems experience and an Associate’s degree or equivalent. Familiarity with ERP/HR integrations and Microsoft 365 is preferred.
