We are committed to helping businesses increase their bookings and cash flow, making the process simpler for both business owners and their customers.About The RoleWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our client base in the US region. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to perform Sales Development Representative (SDR) tasks when the pipeline is not full. Additionally, the Account Executive Manager will be responsible for recruiting other executives in the LATAM or Philippines region to support our startup's growth.Duties And Responsibilities Sales and Account Management:Identify and target potential clients in the US region.Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.Sales Development (SDR) Tasks:Actively seek out new sales opportunities when the pipeline is low.Utilize Google Maps, Yellow Pages, and other resources to identify and generate leads.Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to book appointments with potential clients.Qualify leads and set up meetings for further sales discussions.Recruitment:Identify and recruit talented sales executives in the LATAM region to join the company team.Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' suitability for various sales roles.Train and mentor new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.Market Analysis and Strategy:Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance our offerings.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.QualificationsAtleast 3 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales roleBilingual in Spanish and English Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.Knowledge of the LATAM market and business landscape.Ability to identify and recruit sales talent.High level of motivation and a results-driven approach.Proficient in Spreadsheets and Google Docs Nice To HaveExperience in the same health professional servicesAirtable (CRM) We prioritize the processing of one active application at a time.
