Technical Program Manager, AI & Digital Products
Overview:
In this role you drive agile coordination for the M&A Hub platform and a growing set of AI use cases. You will work with IT and data science teams to define features, run UAT, and ensure releases meet user needs. You shape end-user adoption through clear documentation and hands-on support, while evaluating AI applications to inform near-term roadmaps. You'll collaborate across functions to align delivery through FY27 and beyond, contributing to scalable AI-enabled digital products. Responsibilities:
- Define and coordinate agile features and user stories for the M&A Hub platform with IT and data science teams
- Lead business/user acceptance testing to ensure releases meet criteria
- Own end-user documentation and ongoing platform support for adoption
- Test and evaluate AI applications (including RAG-based chatbots) for quality and consistency, sharing findings to shape roadmap
- Coordinate platform enhancements across IT and data science to maintain delivery momentum through FY27Support cross-functional alignment and progress monitoring of AI-enabled initiatives
Key requirements:
- Experience managing an agile software development program
- Experience working with and testing AI chatbots focusing on quality and accuracy
- Ability to lead business/user acceptance testing and translate feedback into actions
- Strong documentation skills for end-user materials
