Manufacturing Operations Manager

Arrowhead Talent Solutions is helping a growing aerospace and aviation manufacturing company find a Manufacturing Operations Manager in Fullerton, CA.**Must be a US Citizen****Must have experience with CNC Machines**This onsite role sits within the Industrial division and is responsible for the full scope of daily manufacturing operations — from safety and scheduling to quality, cost performance, and team development. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-volume, high-mix CNC machining environment and can drive results across cross-functional teams.The Role:Owns all aspects of daily operations including schedule adherence, productivity, personnel development, and KPI management across safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.Leads cross-functional problem solving to improve production efficiencies and product quality, while coordinating with Engineering, Quality Control, and Supply Chain on process issues, tooling procurement, and delivery schedules.Builds and maintains a departmental cross-training matrix and develops team members both strategically and tactically.The Person:6+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership, preferably in aerospace and/or automotive; bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.Extensive CNC knowledge including programming, tooling, and fixturing, with the ability to read blueprints, machine code, and technical documentation.Must meet U.S. Person status requirements under ITAR (U.S. Citizen, Green Card Holder, Political Asylee, or Refugee).
