Role Description This is a full-time Senior Sales role located on-site at our office in Fifth, WV. The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for generating sales leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, conducting presentations, and actively engaging clients to promote real estate projects. The individual will also work closely with the marketing and project development teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Qualifications Proven expertise in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and NegotiationStrong understanding of Real Estate Market Analysis, Market Trends, and Property ListingsExperience in Sales Planning, Lead Generation, and Closing DealsStrong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal SkillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and project managementProficiency in CRM tools and sales software is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plusResults-driven attitude with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
