Industrial Maintenance Technician - Nights

As a Maintenance Technician at Iconex, you'll be a key player in maximizing equipment reliability and uptime across our production floor. Your hands-on skills will directly support safe, efficient operations through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving on a wide range of systems.What You'll Be DoingPerform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks across production equipmentTroubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issuesDiagnose and correct issues with PLCs, AC/DC/Servo motors, drives, and automation systemsMaintain and repair facility support systems (boilers, compressors, HVAC)Fabricate and modify parts or systems as neededEnsure safety and environmental procedures are followed at all timesCollaborate across shifts to support communication and continuityWhat You'll BringHigh School Diploma or equivalent2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentProficiency with Siemens and/or Allen Bradley PLCsExperience troubleshooting AC, DC, and Servo motors and drive systemsFamiliarity with NEC codes and ability to read technical schematics and blueprintsExperience with Microsoft Word and a willingness to learn CMMS softwareStrong problem-solving skills, task planning, and parts sourcing abilities
