Customer Service Representative - Manufacturing (01803)

Adecco Staffing is partnering with a great company in Tyngsboro! We are searching for a Customer Service Representative with manufacturing experience. This is a temp to hire opportunity.Hours: 8:00AM-4:30PM, Monday-FridayPay: $24-$27/hour DOEResponsibilities:• Generate internal quotation packages for submittal to manufacturing and sales departments for product pricing and lead time.• Generate and submit quotations for products to customers.• Receive and enter purchase order information into Microsoft Great Plains database.• Assist customers with order placement, refunds or exchanges.• Provide customers with order acknowledgments.• Obtain customer information required for order placement.• Field customer inquiries and forward to appropriate department. • Assist Field Sales Manager & Manufacturers Reps with quoting and sampling activity as needed.• Manage internal quote database.• Follow up with customers for order placement.• Work with customers to resolve purchase order issues.Qualifications/Experience:• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook• Extremely well organized with the ability to multitask.• Ability to operate within defined processes and procedures• Have excellent phone skills and computer proficiency. • Be able to work with minimal supervision and from verbal instructions. • Have a pleasant and professional demeanor.• Be punctual and dependable.• Strong adherence to company policies and procedures.• Experience with Microsoft Great Plains is a plus.• Associates degree or 3 years minimum experience in a customer service environment.If you are interested & qualified, please apply with your updated resume!Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
