This role supports building operations through preventive maintenance, work order completion, and general repairs while representing Forefront in a professional manner within the client facility.Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is an hourly, full time, non-exempt position. Expected hours may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, on-call, and emergency response as needed.Pay Rate$13.50/hrEssential Functions And DutiesComplete assigned work orders and preventive maintenance tasksPerform routine repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systemsAssist with inspections, safety checks, and fire/life safety compliance activitiesSupport equipment moves, minor installations, and facility improvementsMaintain accurate documentation of completed tasksFollow all safety protocols and Forefront standardsInteract professionally with client staff and report issues to the Lead or ManagerParticipate in on-call rotation as requiredPerform other duties as assignedTravelN/AGeneral Responsibility As Required For PositionResponsible for acting in conformance with all facility and departmental policies and procedures including those relating to Human Resources, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, Health and Safety regulations, Compliance requirements, Patient Rights, Confidentiality, and HIPAA.
