Position Summary:Performs patient visits for the administration of infusion medications, assessment and teaching of home therapies which include, but are not limited to: Immune Globulins, Immunomodulators, Parenteral Nutrition and antibiotic therapy. Performs on-call duties. Participates in in-service education for agency personnel and referral sources. Participates in CQI activities.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:1. Makes home visits to assigned ITN patients who require infusion medications.2. Performs venipuncture, PICC insertions, blood draws and dressing changes, as required.3.
