What you'll be doing?As the Fragrance Advisor, Diptyque you will be an ambassador of the brand and deliver exceptional customer service to our customers in our LAX - Tom Bradley Internaional Terminal store. You will leverage your product knowledge to provide friendly and customized service to all clients. You will strive to discover your clients and their every need, build customer loyalty and relationships while delivering sales and productivity targets. Provide a unique one-on one consultation; cultivate loyal customers by offering professional advice on fragrances Deliver high brand knowledge at all times Answer client inquiries relating to product Be accountable for the sales results of the fragrance you represent Close sale by thanking clients and building relationships to seek opportunities to grow sales in future Accurately ring and process sales transactions in accordance with company's Cash Handling Procedures Perform various non-selling duties, e.g. receive merchandise, housekeeping, inventory control, and update price changes This is an hourly, non-exempt, union position starting at $23.00 per hour, not including eligible commission and benefits.Ideal CandidateHigh School diploma or equivalent work experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job1-2 years of retail experience; previous beauty, fragrance customer service, or hospitality services experience preferredComfortable with one-on-one elevated customer serviceFamiliar with using the POS Terminal; with accurate and quick transaction handling abilityAbility to work flexible hours / shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays.Secondary language speaking beneficial, but not requiredBenefitsDay One Health Benefits401k Plan ContributionsPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysMonthly Commission/IncentivesParking ReimbursementEmployee Discounts DFS is an equal opportunity employer.
