Prep Cook/Line Cook
The Role/ Responsibilities
As a Line Cook/Prep Member you will utilize culinary expertise to prepare signature meals for our cafe, delivery, kiosks, and catering.
Production of prepped meals for our room service and cafe, in-code product rotation, temperature checks, accurate labeling, scale accuracy
Assist with duties across the Food Service department inclusive of production, breaking down deliveries, prep work/cooking/frying/baking, stocking cases and displays, cleaning, posting/monitoring tags/signs for accuracy
Follow controls to minimize food and supply waste and follow appropriate repurposing of food waste
The ideal candidate will be friendly, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:

Clean and arrange eating, service, and kitchen spaces.
Help kitchen staff when needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
SAFE SERVE
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
