We are hiring three .NET Developers to join a core, onshore engineering team in Fort Worth focused on modernizing and enhancing a critical internal platform. These roles will play a key part in transitioning legacy systems to a more efficient, modern architecture while continuing to support existing functionality during the transition.This is a hands‑on engineering role for strong problem solvers who take ownership, move quickly, and thrive in a high‑expectation environment. Developers will contribute beyond assigned tickets, partnering closely with internal teams to shape solutions and drive the product forward.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and enhance applications using .NET / C# (with .NET 8 minimum)Support migration from legacy systems to modern architectures, including microservices over timeBalance new feature development with short‑term maintenance of existing systemsCollaborate with internal teams to understand priorities and future platform needsWrite clean, maintainable code following strong engineering best practicesLeverage AI tools in daily development workflows (testing, boilerplate code, documentation)Contribute to technical discussions and solution design, not just task executionTechnical RequirementsStrong expertise in .NET / C#Experience with .NET Core (minimum .NET 8)Backend development experience in production environmentsSolid SQL skills and experience working with complex data setsFull‑stack exposure, with an initial 50/50 back‑end to front‑end split (trending more front‑end over time)React preferred (Angular acceptable; team is moving toward React)Familiarity with GraphQL and interest in transitioning away from itExposure to microservices architectureComfort operating in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
