Manufacturing Technicians (Electronics) MULTIPLE OPENINGS Pay Range: 58K to 66K with Excellent Benefits PackageWe are looking for Manufacturing Technicians who will contribute to the success of our client's Production Team, applying their expertise in calibration of instruments to support the achievement of team and company goals and deliver innovative, reliable solutions. In this role, the successful candidate will collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams, demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and maintain a commitment to professional excellence, quality and continuous improvement.The RoleAdvanced-level technician role performing complex alignment, calibration, and multi-discipline troubleshooting with a high degree of independence. Contributes to quality, throughput, and process improvements through accurate documentation, trend identification, and cross-functional support. Provides technical guidance and training but does not serve in a full mentorship role.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform laser and optical alignment and calibration of instrumentsApply logical troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and repair electronic, optical, and mechanical issuesProgram and troubleshoot PCB assembliesTrain others in designated operations once qualifiedIdentify and segregate nonconforming materials; provide trend reporting and disposition recommendationsMaintain quality documentation to ensure proper process flow and controlSupport product changes, new product introductions, and prototype buildsFollow all safety, ESD, and operational proceduresParticipate in cross-functional collaboration, inventory, material handling, and workflow improvementsProvide recommendations regarding process improvements and product performance issuesContinuously evaluate processes for improvements in efficiency, quality, and safetyThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Responsibilities may evolve over time, and other related duties may be assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the company.Required QualificationsA.S. degree in Electronics (two-year vocational education) or military Avionics or similarAbility to read analog and digital circuit schematicsAbility to read and follow written, graphic, and pictorial proceduresDemonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsComfortable with Microsoft Office suiteStrong customer-focused mindsetFamiliarity with ERP systems3+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment preferredWork Environment & Physical RequirementsThis is an in-office position 100% of the timeThis role primarily operates in a manufacturing environment.
