Are you looking to start your career in commercial real estate development? CDS Development Services is hiring an entry-level Permit Coordinator to join our growing Development team.
This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how real estate projects move from concept to reality. You will work closely with the Development team to track permits, communicate with jurisdictions, and ensure projects move forward efficiently. No prior permitting experience is required—we provide training, mentorship, and hands-on exposure to national development projects.

What You'll Do
? Assist with due diligence and researching permit requirements across jurisdictions
? Prepare and submit permit applications and supporting documentation
? Track permit statuses, deadlines, and approvals
? Communicate with municipal staff and internal project teams
? Maintain organized project files, logs, and reports
? Support schedules, milestones, and overall project coordination
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree preferred (Real Estate, Business, Planning, Construction, or related field a plus)
? Strong organizational and time-management skills
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
A proactive mindset and desire to grow within commercial development
