Fotile is the choice of appliance for over 17 million families around the world.No Sponsorship ProvidedMust be Proficient in both Mandarin Chinese and English.Expected Start Date: February 2025Job Responsibilities• Manage reimbursement processes through ERP systems and coordinate vendorpayments for all regions, collaborating closely with the internal sales and financeteam.• Organize and maintain sales order data using internal ERP systems, formatdatabase reports, and provide updates to the sales team regularly.• Oversee the production and timely delivery of marketing materials andpromotional assets, including brochures, banners, posters, and gifts, ensuringaccuracy and adherence to deadlines.• Coordinate the packaging and shipment of promotional gifts, working with theservice team and shipping companies to ensure smooth delivery.• Partner with internal logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery oforders to clients and customers.• Assist the sales team with order processing during business travel or peaktimes.• Ad Hoc tasks, perform other duties as assigned to support team operations andobjectives.Job Requirements• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales support, event coordination, or administrativeroles preferred.• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projectsunder tight deadlines.• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, andwriting abilities.• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and the ability to work
