The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing across a broad range of therapeutic areas, leading and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams, and providing scientific leadership in the design of in vivo strategies to guide program progression. This role requires the ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly, engage with partner organizations, and drive innovation by integrating new technologies and methodologies. The Executive Director will also be expected to present strategies, data, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and external partners.Applicants must have a PhD in a related discipline and extensive experience in leading in vivo pharmacology functions within project teams, particularly in the context of small molecule drug discovery. A proven track record in advancing programs from early discovery into development, as well as experience in supporting programs that have progressed to clinical trials, is highly desirable. The role demands a strong knowledge of animal modeling and experimental design, and the ability to adapt working styles to operate effectively across different geographies, cultures, and organizational environments.
