Reasonable accommodation may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Deliver skilled nursing services as prescribed by the client’s healthcare provider within the LPN scope of practice.Accurately document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and care coordination.Educate clients and families on health conditions, self-care techniques, preventative measures, and address nursing needs.Comply with all documentation requirements per company policy, and state and federal regulations.Facilitate clear and effective communication with relevant parties (e.g., physicians, family members, office staff).Coordinate and acquire necessary client supplies, such as durable medical equipment (DME), wound care supplies, and medications.Protect client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards.Provide nursing services including IV management, pain management, and diabetes management for in-home care clients.Skills And QualificationsLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Washington.Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare setting.Current CPR/BLS certification.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; dependable and punctual.Basic proficiency in computer use.Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation.Work ScheduleThe position requires working from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 7 days a week, providing nursing services for an in-home care client.```
