Our goal is to drive Stripe's long-term revenue growth as trusted technical advisors to users and partners and reliable voice of the user to Stripe Product. The Solutions Architecture Strategic Programs team is a small, high-impact team within SA that partners with global SA leadership to design and deliver programs that address the org's most strategic priorities (i.e. "Big Rocks") and time-sensitive business challenges. Our team delivers efficiency and leverage to the SA org by designing programs that 1) make it less frictionful for SAs to deliver user impact and 2) scale best practices to drive the broadest possible global impact.What you’ll doAs an SA Program Manager, you will independently own and drive programs that raise the user-facing excellence and operational effectiveness of the global SA org. You will operate with significant autonomy—scoping ambiguous problems, aligning diverse stakeholders, and driving complex initiatives from strategy through delivery and iteration. Within SA, you'll partner with SA leadership and SA business partners (e.g. Strategy & Operations, Enablement, Recruiting, People) and a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders (Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Professional Services, Alliance and Channel Partners) to define and roll out global standards of SA user-facing and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesIndependently scope, design, deliver, and iterate on high-priority global programs that address SA's most strategic priorities, owning outcomes end-to-end with minimal oversightPartner with SA leadership and SA Enablement to define and scale repeatable frameworks and shared standards of pre-sales excellence by segment and motion and drive adoption through manager training and coachingUse data to identify organizational gaps, set program priorities, measure impact, and build the case for investment or change across SA leadership and cross-functional partnersLead change management planning and execution for org-wide programs — including communication, enablement, and operational rigor — ensuring SA managers and ICs adopt new behaviors durablyNavigate competing priorities across a broad GTM stakeholder map — including Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Developer Relations, and Channel partners — to align cross-functional teams around programs that drive measurable improvement in SA effectiveness and user impactAct as a resource and thought partner to SA leadership and peers, sharing knowledge, identifying and raising risks early, and contributing to a higher collective bar for program design and change management in the orgWho you areWe're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.Minimum Requirements7+ years of experience in GTM program management, business operations, management consulting, or a related disciplineProven track record of independently leading complex, cross-functional global programs from scoping through delivery in fast-moving, ambiguous environmentsStrong data fluency — able to synthesize data from multiple sources, develop independent hypotheses, and translate insights into clear decisions and recommendations for senior audiencesDemonstrated experience leading change management for large organizations, including communication planning, stakeholder alignment, and adoption measurementSkilled at influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority across all levels, from individual contributors to executivesExcellent written and verbal communication skills; consistently sets a high bar for clarity, concision, and audience-appropriate framingPreferred QualificationsExperience working within or directly supporting a Sales or technical pre-sales organization — familiarity with how field teams operate, how deals move, and what drives behavior change in a field orgExperience building or codifying GTM playbooks, sales excellence frameworks, or motion-specific best practicesExperience designing and driving field enablement programs with measurable adoption outcomesExperience working with or alongside developer relations, partner, or channel organizations in a GTM contextExperience in fintech, payments, or SaaSFamiliarity with Salesforce, Gong, or similar GTM tooling and data platforms such as Looker or TableauHybrid work at StripeThis role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).In-office expectationsOffice-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.Working remotely at StripeA remote location is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. Stripe does not cover the cost of relocating to a remote location. We encourage you to apply for roles that match the location where you currently live or plan to live.Pay and benefitsThe annual US base salary range for this role is $141,600 - $212,400. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
