Intake Operations Manager

OverviewThe Intake Operations Manager is responsible for directing and refining the organization’s front-end case review function. This position leads the intake team and oversees incoming matters from various sources, ensuring inquiries are addressed quickly, appropriately, and progress through each stage of review to resolution. The role also acts as a primary point of coordination between internal stakeholders and outside partners, maintaining clear communication and consistent reporting standards.This individual will analyze workflow data, generate performance insights, and implement improvements designed to strengthen efficiency, quality control, and overall results across the intake operation.Responsibilities and QualificationsProven ability to supervise personnel, set expectations, and reinforce accountabilityStrong prioritization skills with the capacity to manage competing demandsComfort handling a large volume of matters in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools (including spreadsheets)Professional, concise communicator with both internal teams and third partiesSolution-oriented thinker who enjoys refining systems and processesHigh degree of accuracy, reliability, and follow-throughAbility to collaborate with legal professionals and senior leadershipAdditional InformationThis position plays a key role in ensuring matters are screened accurately, routed correctly, and move forward in a way that supports overall business objectives.
