We believe in evidence-backed therapy where hard work feels like play, and progress happens on each kid’s own terms.What you’ll doDeliver one-on-one treatment sessions under the supervision of a licensed PTHelp kids with positioning, transfers, and mobility using gait belts, walkers, wheelchairs, or other aidsSupport the PT in implementing individualized treatment plans targeting strength, balance, coordination, and motor skillsDocument progress, activities, and observations in our EMR with accuracy and careKeep therapy spaces and equipment clean and safeShow up for team meetings to collaborate on patient care and goal-settingKeep growing your craft through continuing educationCommunicate clearly with kids, families, and your interdisciplinary teammatesWhy this role at Oaklin LaneA space built for the work.
