Technical Field Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for power systems products and equipment- Troubleshoot field issues and support testing/commissioning activities- Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions- Develop technical documentation, reports, and troubleshooting guides- Support remote monitoring systems and customer inquiries- Analyze technical trends and recommend improvements- Collaborate with engineering, service providers, and customersQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical field preferred.- 3-5 years of experience in power systems, field service, technical support, or related industry- Experience with troubleshooting, testing, and field support activities- Familiarity with substations, relays, switchgear, SCADA, or industrial power systems preferred- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills- Proficiency with MS Office and technical reporting toolsPreferred Background:- Utility, renewable energy, industrial power, or electrical systems experience- Knowledge of NEC, UL, IEC, or related industry standards- Experience supporting customers and cross-functional technical teams
