Candidates should be within commuting distance (Philadelphia suburbs, South NJ, Wilmington DE).Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.OverviewWe are seeking a Technical Program Manager with strong MarTech and digital analytics experience to lead an enterprise-wide implementation of a digital experience analytics platform (e.g., Medallia DXA or similar), along with the migration from a legacy platform.This role combines technical program leadership, product thinking, and solution guidance -working closely with engineering teams to drive implementation, define integration approaches, and ensure successful adoption across the enterprise.This is not a project coordinator role . The ideal candidate brings strong technical understanding, MarTech ecosystem experience, and the ability to guide engineering teams while influencing senior stakeholders .Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & Platform RolloutLead enterprise-wide rollout of a digital experience analytics platform across multiple application teamsDrive onboarding, adoption, and execution across large-scale, multi-team environments (50+ applications)Manage migration from legacy tools (e.g., Tealeaf) to modern analytics platformsTechnical Guidance & Architecture SupportProvide technical guidance on web/mobile implementation, including instrumentation, tagging, and SDK integrationAdvise engineering teams on integration patterns, deployment strategies, and implementation approachesSupport architecture decisions around data collection, session capture, masking, and platform designCreate and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and best practicesMarTech & Platform StrategyEvaluate platform capabilities and identify gaps in data capture and analyticsConduct competitive analysis and tool comparisons to support decision-makingRecommend improvements and help build business cases for platform strategyStakeholder & Vendor ManagementAct as a liaison between engineering, product, and business stakeholdersPartner with vendors to address technical issues, SLAs, and platform capabilitiesProvide program updates, track progress, and manage stakeholder expectationsGovernance & ExecutionSupport release coordination, onboarding processes, and production rolloutsEnsure compliance with privacy, data protection, and enterprise governance standardsMaintain documentation for architecture decisions and program statusRequired Qualifications5+ years in Technical Program Management, Technical Product Management, or similar rolesStrong understanding of MarTech ecosystem and digital analytics platformsExperience implementing or supporting digital experience / session replay / customer analytics platforms , such as:Medallia DXAAdobe Analytics / Adobe Experience PlatformQuantum MetricFullStoryGlassboxTealeaf (or similar platforms)Solid technical foundation, including:Web technologies (JavaScript, browser behavior, tagging, SDKs, instrumentation concepts)Data and marketing analyticsExperience guiding engineering teams on integration patterns and implementation decisionsAbility to operate in enterprise-scale environments with multiple stakeholders and teamsNice to HaveExperience with CDN architecture (Akamai or similar)Familiarity with privacy masking, PII handling, and data governanceExperience evaluating or selecting MarTech platformsExposure to Voice of Customer (VoC) / customer feedback platformsKey Positioning (Important - keeps funnel strong)This role is best suited for a Technical TPM or Technical Product Manager with MarTech experienceNot a pure Project Manager (must have technical depth)Not a deep hands-on Architect role (guidance vs. heavy design ownership)Open to candidates with adjacent platform experience (Medallia not required)For this role, the gross annual base salary range is $125,000 - $145,000/ yearly. for a full-time position. This range covers base pay only; we will discuss any bonuses, incentives, and benefits during the hiring process.
