Framer/Carpenter/Laborer

Responsibilities: - Perform carpentry work in accordance with blueprints, building plans, and specifications - Install and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, such as cabinets, doors, windows, and molding - Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, or other materials - Install drywall and perform plastering and stucco work - Operate heavy equipment as needed for construction projects - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Skills: - Proficient in carpentry techniques and tools - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans - Experience with trim carpentry and finishing work - Knowledge of different types of siding installation methods - Familiarity with restoration work on historical buildings is a plus - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
