Training will take place on 3rd shift - Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6:30am

Proficiently set up various machinery by changing tools and inserts.
Operate various machinery in a safe, productive, and efficient manner.
Read and interpret various written/verbal instructions – schedules, job cards, blueprints, specifications.
Assist other employees in job set up, training, and operation of machinery and process orders per part specification to maintain quality and efficiency.
PRIMARY ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Work in a safe, and courteous manner.
Read and understand directions, including job cards, tape measures, calipers, squares, blueprints and other applicable measuring tools without direct supervision.
Operating/Monitoring molding machine; removing parts without direct supervision.
Ability to use different types of assembly fixtures/machines without direct supervision.
Ability to trim and hand assemble plastic parts of various sizes without direct supervision.
Measure’s material dimensions to determine accuracy of part function without direct supervision.
Observe machine operation to correct defects or machine malfunctions without direct supervision.
Troubleshoot and correct machine malfunctions without direct supervision.
Mold various types of materials such as Nylon and Acetals without direct supervision.
Properly alter/maintain the moisture content of material to be molded without direct supervision.
Mix re-grind and virgin material to ensure proper operation of the molding machine, and acceptability of finished parts without direct supervision.
Demonstrate the ability to setup molds, including all programming of machines without direct supervision.
Complete first piece inspection and all Quality documentation without direct supervision.
Perform other duties as assigned without direct supervision.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Basic math and computer skills required
Demonstrated history of good attendance and dependability required
