This role is ideal for welders who take pride in quality workmanship, safety, and continuous skill development.What You’ll DoPerform welding on steel and related materials according to specificationsUse welding processes such as MIG, Flux-Core, and Stick (level dependent)Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and work instructionsPrepare materials by grinding, fitting, and positioning componentsInspect welds for quality, strength, and accuracyUse hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safelyMaintain clean and organized work areasFollow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standardsWork closely with leads, inspectors, and production teamsWelder Levels (General Guidance)Welder 2: Independent welder, consistent quality, minimal supervisionWelder 3: Advanced welder, complex welds, may assist with training or setup(Level assignment based on experience, testing, and demonstrated skill.)What We’re Looking ForPrevious welding experience in an industrial or manufacturing settingAbility to pass a weld test (process depends on level)Knowledge of welding safety practices and equipmentAbility to lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs and work on your feetComfortable working in a noisy, industrial environmentStrong attention to detail, quality, and safetyReliable attendance and team-oriented attitudeWork EnvironmentIndustrial fabrication / manufacturing facilityExposure to heat, sparks, noise, fumes, and heavy materialsPPE required at all times (welding hood, gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, etc.)Why This RoleSteady, full-time workOpportunity to grow skills and advance welding levelTeam-based environment with a focus on safety and qualityIf you’re a welder looking for stable work and the chance to grow your skills in an industrial setting, apply today.Company DescriptionICR Staffing has been serving our Clients and our Community for over 30 years.
