Sales Representative

Sales Associate Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. To assist customers promptly. To make the customers feel welcomed within the store. To answer all phone calls. To send estimates by email and/ or fax. To coordinate the schedule of installation and services with the technicians. Exceed all personal sales goals. Develop and maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers and co-workers. Operate the cash register, accept payment, make change, and provide receipts for customers. Exchange names with customers, determine their needs, and use various resources to educate customers and assist them in choosing the right selections. Collaborate with the team to support and achieve the goals of the company. Balance the cash register at the end of each shift or as scheduled. Follow management direction in completing other duties as required. Qualifications, Experience, Education, Certification, Licenses & Registrations, Skills, Physical Demands: Highly Self Motivated Individuals Previous retail selling experience, preferably at least six months Excellent communication skills High School Diploma or GED preferred Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision Must have ride / own transportation to the store Job Type: Full-time Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: customer service / retail sales: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
