Payroll Specialist & Employee Support

Elevate Results Consulting supports multiple clients, across different industries with a wide range of HR services and recruiting focused needs. Our organization has built strong relationships with our clients, to understand their businesses and the needs for their continued growth. Identifying opportunities where our clients' have needs to develop their people strategy is an area of expertise, while focusing on the tactical day to day needs. A few of the areas we focus on are, on-boarding plans, individual development plans, employee engagement surveys, compensation analysis and strategy, while helping with the blocking and tackling of daily HR needs for our clients liked payroll processing and employee issues and processes. Elevate Results Consulting helps their clients evaluate their HR tactical and strategy needs by connecting the knowledge, resources, and expertise they need to get things completed and create next level results for their organization.The individual in this role will work directly with clients, related to HR tactical items, processing payroll week and bi-weekly, as well as supporting clients with employee issues and documentation. The person in this role should have a high attention to detail, focused on the particulars related to payroll, documentation for employees, and developing processes for clients to follow. This individual should be passionate about helping small to mid-size organizations develop their HR and be an integral part of that growth and development. This HR Payroll & Employee Support team member will have to be comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get things done, while directly engaging with customers. It will provide someone with a strong background a great range of duties, along with developing knowledge within the different pieces of a growing business. This individual will have the option, over time and with development, to work hybrid - spending some time in multiple places based on meetings and workload: Elevate Results Consulting office, Client office as needed, and work from home.Position Responsibilities:Manage payroll for multiple clients across different platformsProcess payroll for clients on a weekly/bi-weekly processesEngage with leaders from each client to gather payroll informationProvide employees with timely and details responsesManage the onboarding for multiple clientsAbility to work with high level of efficiencyTactical HR responsibilities - FMLA, Onboarding, Handbooks, etc.Engage with clients on different employee issues, guiding and providing resources and supportAbility to think quickly on your feet and work in a face-paced environmentUnderstanding of managing multiple client prioritiesDevelop recruiting strategies and new ideas to find candidatesManage postings sites and review applicantsDevelop processes related to businesses needsAbility to think creatively as it relates to the tasks providedExperience and Skills:3+ years experience within a Payroll & HR RoleDegree in Human Resources preferred, but not requiredUtilized 2+ payroll systems (Paychex, ADP, iSolved, Trinet, etc.)Experience working in a fast passed environment, with the need for a high attention to detailFamiliar working in a small business environment, plusCreative thinking, related to initiatives and ideas for clientsDriven and excited to engage with customers/employees in a professional mannerExperience with strong customer serviceStrong understanding of researching, thinking creatively to identify candidatesUnderstands the importance of asking questions and moving quicklyStrong client communication skills Benefits:PTO/Sick & Safe LeavePaid HolidaysHybrid Work - onsite as needed and required
